I just made my first harvest of lettuces grown on my Gardyn. They were amazingly delicious and fresh. No need to wash them and they are organic.

I love my Gardyn. Now I have a daily supply of fresh vegetables that are clean and free of pesticides and other chemicals. I call my Gardyn, My Farmers Market. I make smoothies, juice and healthy salads all because of my Gardyn. Will purchase a second one soon.

Gardyn is very easy to grow and maintain your own source of food and green beauty. It is a work of living art. I receive many compliments from people when I entertain. So much food I can't keep up (much more than my previous soil-based indoor gardens). If you have never tried gardening before, you cannot go wrong with Gardyn- worth the investment. In addition, their customer service is fast and reliable. What are you waiting for???

I just love it its like set it and forget it. Within days I saw my first sprout then a bunch more they just keep growing. Follow the tips and instructions and you have what it takes this just makes sense.

What I love about Gardyn : a beautiful system that works and takes the guess out of hydroponics. Easy to assemble, fast to grow, delicious organic food, a super wide variety of green leaves. And did I mention beautiful ? It even comes with a vacation mode. I also really enjoy the knowledge sharing with the Facebook group - plenty of hacks and ideas that are really helpful. What I liked less : you cannot pick your first set of yCubes and must go with what they send you. Some plants get removed from the catalog every month. And - some of the hacks should really be part of the recommendations and not available only by searching the website or the FB group. What I dislike : the price of course :) I would also like to have the ability to get a smaller gardyn - for instance I would like to grow strawberries and it requires more cleaning - I would like one gardyn for just strawberries that would be - maybe smaller columns or something. I also hear a lot of complaints about parts... not ran into any issue yet myself but I have already gone ahead and purchased additional tube connectors. At this price, this should not be something that we have to do and the higher end connectors should come standard with the system, given that it’s a known flaw. Similarly, I would suggest to have a UV light come standard in the tank, given that growth of undesirables is a known issue. Overall love my system and I am considering getting a second one ! But for the price I feel it should be allowing for more flexibility in the YCubes purchases and come standard with better parts. :)

So far this is a great product. A couple things could make the experience better. 1. Additional Communication on shipping delays 2. Take advice from the forums regarding removable parts and include them in the product rather than pinning to the forum as additional cost/post purchase improvements. 3. Offer a way to provide feedback/replacements on ungerminated seed pods. Every month, I get ten, but at least 2 haven’t germinated each month (and I purchased the additional germination kit). Additionally several packs have come contaminated with pests that I have had to treat after.

I really like my gardyn I love being able to just pick a few lettuce leaves when I need them or some herbs I’ve made sorrel soup , pesto and tried some of the recipes suggested . Cleaning it has been a bit of a chore but ok once you get used to it .I bought it for hygienic reasons when they lifted the mask requirement in Texas but I’m so glad I did as I use it every day and it looks pretty too
