I purchased a shaver for my husbands Christmas present. Today they have taken unauthorised money from my PayPal for a replacement head that I did not order. Absolutely terrible

DO NOT USE! My husband initially received the razor at a great price and then a few weeks later received a replacement head and was charged £23 for it. They had set up a subscription that wasn't agreed to and therefore took the payment which had NOT been authorised. Thankfully we managed to cancel the subscription as we used PayPal.

SCAM they signed me up for a subscription that I didn't even know about until it was taken from my bank account no reply to Emails or messages I sent I can't delete my bank card from the website worst company ever and 1 big Scam do not use

0 if I could, scam subscription that was never consented to, no clear method of contact to cancel and retained details which is a violation of gdpr.

Biggest scam I've ever seen. Sent from China ordered 6th arrived in Lithuania on the 11th didn't land in Ireland till the 25th and delivered on 27th. All the free things you get when you order the bundle are already in the box 😂 even tho they say they will ship separately. They do email back quick. If I hadn't read other reviews I wouldn't have see that they sign you up for a subscription so in two weeks another razor was to come at 25euro!!! They obviously buy the follows but this company doesn't seem one bit legit

SCAM! I never signed up for a subscription and now have been charged $60 for 2 replacement heads. Emailed customer service who responded within 10 minutes which was great, but they said my original order "Father's Day Kit" had a discount and this was because of some BS subscription I "agreed" to which was NEVER in my order details (both email AND in my account on their website). What a scam of a company.

Sent me a new razer a year after my initial buy without any warning or approval and are impossible to get ahold of. Password resets don't work, their service line automatically hung up on me. Also, the initial shaver doesn't work well at all. Don't recommend them!
