I had 3 day old stubble on my head. During a tv commercial break, I decided to see if I could shave my head that quick. Well this shaver did not disappoint! It was a beast and didn’t slow down for my long stubble. I came back to the tv when I was done and still beat the commercials! Great shaver with killer battery life!

It’s impossible to work out billing problems since there is no way to contact customer service. I sent a message and never heard back.

I don’t use the shaver very much. You do not make it easy to put off the replacement. I don’t need a new one more than once a year.

Bought the razor & they put me on an automatic delivery without telling me. I frown upon that kind of business....just tell me what im doing at the time of the original purchase. Very sneaky

We’re really sorry for the confusion, that’s never our intention. Our Blade Subscription is optional and meant to make shaving easier with discounted blades, custom delivery schedules, and a lifetime warranty. We completely understand that surprise subscriptions can be frustrating. You can cancel or adjust your plan anytime from your Freebird account, or just email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it immediately. We appreciate your feedback and are working to make this even clearer at checkout.

The shaver does NOT shave close.

We’re sorry to hear the shave hasn’t been as close as you expected. The FlexSeries usually delivers the best results on dry skin with short, circular motions and clean blades. If you’d like, we can share a few quick tips to get a closer shave (https://help.myfreebird.com/en-US/how-to-get-a-smooth-close-shave-with-freebird-2433963), or you can take advantage of our 30-day money-back guarantee. Just email [email protected] and we’ll help right away.

Not impressed this is funky to hold not safe for manscaping as advertised if I had a bald head or had to shave my head this might work got a bunch of extra parts with this thing that I’ll never use the head doesn’t turn at least it was cheap.

We’re sorry to hear the FlexSeries didn’t quite fit your needs, it’s designed mainly for head and face shaving. For body grooming, our FlexSeries Pro is the better choice, it’s built with a stronger motor and more ergonomic handle for a safer, smoother shave. We’d love to have you try the Pro for free so you can experience the difference. Just reach out to [email protected] and we’ll get you set up right away.

This was the best grooming kit shaver I’ve used. A close shave for a bald guy and awesome trimmer/groomer for the beard. This way I don’t have to rely on a razor several days a week. I’d highly recommend Freebird!
