It is the best shaver for bald heads. No more razors for me.
It is simply a product that works for my chrome dome. Very clean and fun to use. I also used it on my chest and it works well there as well.

Subpar shave and added costs they don't really tell you about
The machine is ok at best. Not a comsistently close shave at all. More importantly, they sign you up for a $25 replacement blade subscription service every six weeks and if you choose to return the razor you have to pay to ship it back. Buy from a reputable company, this is basically a bad dupe of a Remington razor.

I have had the shaver for over a year…
I have had the shaver for over a year now. I use it about once a week on my head and back of my neck. For me I need to use a shave gel or cream, I still get irritation even though they claim it prevents it. I love the price point and portability.

Something was wrong with my first…
Something was wrong with my first Freebird. I emailed for help and they asked me a few questions and sent me a new one right away. I have worked for 2 major retailers in customer service, and I can tell you that Freebird has excellent service.
