The Freebird shaver, is by far the best electric shaving product I have ever purchased, (and I have bought several), easy to clean, best shave I have ever experienced, all at a great price. This is my second purchase to replace the one I accidentally broke.

I have purchased two of the women’s shavers for my tween grand daughters. Both mamas are glad that the girls are not getting any nicks and cuts while they learn to properly shave/ groom themselves. Thanks from this happy grandma!

This is a great little rechargeable razor. It took a minute, but I got the hang of it and I love the shave, the fact that you can use it in the shower or anywhere, for that matter! It’s really a great option to take while traveling.

Great costumer service, and there flex series pro is fantastic for Head Shaving with Sensitive Skin the best I tried out of the 14 different ones I’ve tried, and there shave gel has such a great scent and is very slick on my noggin. But there mission and there costumer service is phenomenal just like a Buc-ee’s.

I have been extremely pleased with the regular skull Shaver for several years and put off purchasing the Pro because the other one did so well. I finally ordered and WOW it has improved and does an even better job. The pro definitely took something that was good too great!

Not a great product. I got suckered into the advertisement. The blades are made very cheap. That is why they enroll you in a subcription to replace you blade every 6 weeks. Good thing I finally caught it and cancelled my subscription. Way better options out there

Hi Jason, We're sorry to hear the FlexSeries didn't meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it is to feel disappointed with a product, and we're sorry we missed the mark. The Blade Refill Program is designed to keep your shaver performing its best. Since blades naturally dull over time, regular replacements help maintain a close, comfortable shave. We're glad you were able to cancel it, and there won't be any future shipments or charges. If there's anything we can still do to help or make things right, we'd love the opportunity to hear from you. Please reach out to us at [email protected]

They are a scam, I tried multiple times to return my items the second I got them. No reply and they also automatically enroll you is a subscription. If you don’t check the account they set up when you order. Terrible company I tried contacting them no replies. I’m stuck with an item that I can’t even use. Basically threw away $70 to the landfill brand new garbage.

Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details, or reply to any of our previous emails if you've already been in touch. Our team will be happy to look into this for you.
