The best customer service experience. I purchased my electric Pro Flex Series on Amazon. I had a small problem with the charger. Free Bird had texted me earlier, trying to show me the product that I had inquired about on their website. I advise them that I had purchased the product already on Amazon, but was having a small problem after receiving it. Free bird advised me that even though I purchased it on Amazon to send them a screenshot of my purchase order and they would make things right. Not only did I not expect them to I was shocked when they said they would. Within a day I had a replacement Project no questions asked. I can honestly say this is the best customer service I have ever experienced from an online service. On top of that I have tried the product and I am 200% satisfied. If you want a great product and great customer service I suggest you purchase this one. This is great for the face, body and below the belt. I suggest everyone did it while the. getting is good. Exceedingly reasonably priced, considering what you get. I now shave my head and face in under 2 minutes. I keep an extra one at the office just in case.

I'm not impressed. I cancelled subscription as I did have time to use it yet. However, once I did use it, nothing happened. I had to grab a razor to shave. I have since used it a few times and cleaned it, and it is not one I would recommend.
