Paid for express shipping and got here even before the scheduled date. Service reps were very friendly and attentive, reaching out to assure me everything would arrive on time. I felt they were genuinely interested in making sure I was completely happy.

This is hands down the worst product I have ever received in my life. It’s not just bad — it’s a complete joke. What I got was absolute trash, not even remotely close to what was shown or promised. It looks like something someone dug out of the garbage and mailed to me. Zero quality, zero value, and zero respect for customers. This seller should be banned from selling anything.
