Great customer service!! I had an issue where I ordered a custom tee-shirt that didn't arrive on time due to the processing time not being included in the delivery period disclosed on the order confirmation. The customer service team was nice enough to grant me a 50% refund for the inconvenience and vows to disclose this information moving forward.

I had a problem with the delivery. I spoke to Vivian in customer service who immediately responded to my email. She promptly sent me a replacement even though the problem had been with the delivery service, not with MyFaceTshirt. Vivian was very supportive and I am grateful for such good customer service in a time when this is so rare!

So far, I have not received the item yet, but CS has been super. I sent them a query regarding tracking, and they contacted me very quickly with a tracking number # etc. Now, I have received several emails with updates. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am excited to receive my order.
