I placed an order for set of a human t-shirt n a pet t-shirt. The t-shirts would have my son’s picture on tbe pet shirt and our dog’s picture on the t-shirt for my son. After I submitted the order I was contacted because the pictures I uploaded of our dog needed to be re-uploaded. So that was nice that they didn’t just print the shirt but reached out to resolve an issue before printing the image on the shirt. After I received the t-shirts I let them know that the pet t-shirt was too small. Vivian & Elsie worked with me to get the correct size measured and sent to them. They sent me a draft design of the product and once I okayed they finalized the t-shirts and sent them to me. The end product perfect.

This company has worked very hard to get me my product. I haven't received it yet but am excited it is coming soon. My order was lost and they are remaking my order. I appreciate their prompt actions to fix the situation.
