I ordered 5 shirts with 5 different names, but when I received the order, 2 of the shirts had the same name. I applied for an exchange twice and have had no reply. I tried to get a partial refund but since the order was already delivered I was unable to. The shirts themselves look good, but this mistake was really disappointing given how much we paid.

Socks came out ok, boxers were ok...but the keychain was terrible...and it was the most expensive. I will not be using this website again.

I ordered one of the music vinyls, it cost me just over £25.. it looks nice, pictures are great.. but the song only lasts for 30 seconds.. meaning you only get to hear the start of the song, quite disappointed. I saw a comment about putting in a charger and it played the whole song. Mine did not do this, the vinyl doesn’t spin like on the videos.. but that isn’t the issue. Just wish there was more of the song playing! Valentines gift and I’m upset and disappointed with it.

The product (personalized keychain) looked better in the photos than the actual quality. The advertising can be misleading. Edit: customer service was understanding

This was the most frustration personalized order I’ve ever placed. After submitting the order, the proof came back not looking at all like the items online. They appeared to have simply put some effects on the photo and were going to send it on. It took me over a month and several emails for me to provide feedback before I got a product like the ones online. I’m not sure why I had to tell them what was wrong when it was a product they created. Nothing on the website is accurate- processing time, price, shipping, etc. I finally got the product, and it looks like expected. However, I’m not sure how long it will last. It is a photo on the back of clear plastic. Since there is no protection over the exposed back of the photo, I’m sure it will scratch off and will not last very long.

I ordered from this site Feb 1st and I was to receive it around Feb 10th. It is showing my order is still in Texas and it is now the 18th. This was a gift for my husband for Valentine’s Day. Highly disappointed.

The hoodies arrived on time but my order was wrong, the "roman numeral" date is just regular numbers. The thread color ordered on one was wrong, and they are different brands/quality between both shifts ordered. They aren't terrible hoodies but not what I ordered and not really worth what I was charged, won't be returning because it says I'll be responsible for the additional shipping but will definitely not be a return shopper.

Shirt is nice but shipping is a nightmare. It took longer than expected and got delivered 1/2 mile away. They said it was because I gave an invalid address but every carrier in the US finds my place. They should place the blame on themselves for using a crappy carrier not the customer.
