Well first I ordered my item. I was told it would take 7 days. Remember, I ordered this on the 4th, ok? My parents anniversary was coming up on the 11th. The 11th swings by, but I'm a patient person, so I waited four more days before confronting them. Vivian emailed me soon after. She told me my patience was key, a bunch of nice stuff and definitely NOT the answer. I asked her some questions and she repeated patience is key and all that and they appreciate my patience and I was like "Great, now answer the question." Weeell, she didn't answer so I asked once again. Grace was forwarded to our email and now was "kindly and sugar coatedly" asking me to keep quiet and to write a review on here. I wasn't going to do that until my item was delivered. I went to a tracking website and managed to find my tracking number by talking to Steven. Steven was helpful, but very misunderstanding. Anyway, I found my number, inserted it and found out that my order wasn't going to come until 1.5 weeks! It was DEVASTATING. Finally, the order came and well, I opened the package hastily with my sister and we were SO disappointed. The item was broken apart into pieces. I had to fix it with NO instructions and no nothing! The music in the background of what I ordered which was some sort of Custom Photo Flipbook Frame. It plays music while you flip through memories like it's a little spinner thingy. It was cool on the website. It seemed like beautiful tumbled wood, the photos crisp and professional. I opened the packet(quite hastily)to realize what? The wood was like...3D printed. The photos were made of printed paper! Did I forget to mention it was broken? The music was chippy. It was disappointing and I was embarrassed giving THAT piece of literal trash to my parents. Don't buy anything from them, especially not what I bought.

I ordered 2 custom dolls created from my artwork. The dolls arrived today and they appear nothing like what MyFaceTshirt website promised. They're awful. They look cheap and nothing like the quality the website boasted about. I want a full refund.

My order was completely messed up. My pictures was not they way I placed them. They put the pics where they wanted them. Some pics face was cut off from shirts and others was not. School name was showing on some and the others it was not. The sleeves was not the same. Some sleeves had the graduation caps and some didn't. I will never order from this website again. If I could show pics, I would. The shirts was ball up in a bag.

Horrible! Ordered a towel with my son's face on it. It was paper thin and mean thinner than paper with no border on the edges it was awful. And you can not exchange it DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

My husband ordered me a pillow with my grandmother's picture,it looks nothing like the picture. It looks like a picture of auntjemina,I am so disappointed i hate the pillow.

It’s impossible to even submit a support ticket because the website is already bugging. I specifically paid extra for express delivery so that my order would arrive before May 9th, which is an important date for me. However, when I checked the tracking information, it now says the product will arrive on May 17th. This completely defeats the purpose of paying more for faster shipping. Very disappointing experience.

If I could give zero stars I would have done that. My product arrived late even though I paid for expedited shipping which was not cheap. I ordered a viewfinder with extra cartridges. The slide cartridges are so cheaply made. We are talking card stock. They tear in the viewer and subsequently don’t rotate. The pictures were blurry and grainy and half of them were upside down. The picture on the front of the slide cartridges said Merry Christmas, even though it’s April and this was a birthday gift. I paid $49 and they refunded me $12. Do not use this company!!!
