The color and printing of the shirt was great. The shirt was well-made. My only thought was that they were sized pretty small to be a "Men's t-shirt." Girls on the team who usually wear a Youth Large or Youth XL were wearing a Men's small, and they fit perfectly. These were a great treat for the girls on the team to surprise the coach.

My husband and I ordered matching Hawaiian shirt/dress with our friends face (as a kid) for our friends 50th Bday Party. My only complaint is the men’s shirt doesn’t have many flamingos in the front, assume just the cut of the fabric but otherwise they are perfect for what we needed them for.

The initial shirt received had several quality issues including peeling decal lettering, photo editing/cropping issues and poor quality of the shirt itself with several loose threads. However, upon contacting customer service, I was assisted by Elsie who was very helpful, communicative and went above and beyond making sure every issue was addressed, rectified and personally approved by me before resending it to production for reprint. I have yet to receive the newest product, but I am very pleased with the service and help from the customer support team, especially Elsie. Issues happen, it’s how they are addressed that speaks volumes to a companies quality of care. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Great customer service. I purchased 3 music boxes. One did not work. The team worked with me to try to fix the defective item. After that did not work I was sent a replacement! It works just as the other 2!

I decided to try MyFaceTshirt to have a likeness of myself made into a figure for my wife for Christmas. It was going to be a fisherman with accessories. The whole experience navigating through the process was good. The accessories were great. A fishing net, rod and they even found a Northern Pike for me! They were fast to reply and took 3 good shots at my likeness. In the end, it just never got close enough for me to make the purchase. Of course thinking something looks like you is purely subjective and this is something for anyone trying this to remember. They ONLY have pictures to go by. So make sure your pictures are numerous and good…face shots, distance shots in good light. For a distance shot, don’t wear bulky clothes. It all could all matter. Once I decided it was a no go, they were great about it and I got my refund in a few days. I’m giving them 4 stars because it didn’t work out for me, but I highly recommend to anyone thinking about this to give them a shot.

I ordered 8 shirts with my dog’s face, which is brown brindle around the eyes with white down the center of his face. I noticed that there was some splotching of color that should not be there (blues and pinks). This was obvious as it was not a normal dog coloring, and typically in or near his white area; I was surprised to see that it varied between images, but they seemed to all have defects. I notified the company (and sent pictures, etc). I am happy to say that they did the right thing and remade all 8 shirts for me. Their customer service was good and they made it right.
