It would be zero stars if I could. I placed my order, and a week later I checked the shipping and turns out it was out of stock? Nobody told me, nothing. So then it takes weeks for them to finally start making it, they took forever making it, and it took way longer to get delivered. The hoodie was cheap crap quality, and the image printed on it looked nothing like the previews they sent me, and the colors were so messed up. They refused to refund me after everything because they “invested in man power” as if it wasn’t a machine doing the work. I’m mad and would never recommend them

After a stressful failed delivery process I was worried I’d be unable to receive my package but I contacted customer support and Sara informed me of the status of my package and how we can fix the situation they made the process quick and easy and I’m truly satisfied with my experience

I ordered the fridge magnets that looked like Instagram photos. They take a photo you send them and they turned it into a cartoon version of your photo. They all looked cool, so I ordered More for Christmas presents.

Sara was extremely helpful, and my request was resolved promptly. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service — or rather, none at all. I paid for revisions before printing and repeatedly requested a very minor design change — just one item needed to be a different color. Despite following up multiple times, I kept receiving the same AI-generated response with no action taken. Meanwhile, "Gene" assured me they were doing their "absolute best," but it was all generic AI-generated language with no actual support. Extremely disappointing experience!

Not sure where this company is and the names are someone far far away, they have no sense of customer care. I added VIP shipping, of course arrived three days after I needed it. PER THEIR email they told me the ship date and then tried to change the number of days it takes, BUT when you count business days, it was still three days late from the time it should have taken. They have blocked my emails because I requested a refund of the VIP shipping. I would not use them or will not use them ever again, all of this over a small amount..that is why I say they are from somewhere far far away, not knowing what customer service is. Also the good reviews in my opinion are fake, because "Vicky could not even cancel my order after finding out the delivery day, but could do it for others??? Buyer beware

They have great things to buy !!! And the personnel is great !!!

DO NOT BUY Rubbish product. Cheap and tatty. Customer Service appalling. Do not waste your money.
