I specifically ordered the "5 Faces" style of face t-shirt because it had the quickest delivery estimate on the website, and I wanted them to arrive in time for a friend's birthday. After ordering I reached out to customer service to see what I could do to ensure I would receive my order by the estimated delivery date. Vivian responded that the shirts are personalized and custom so they take longer than their stated 3-5 BUSINESS days production, and 6-9 BUSINESS days shipping. I replied that the website provided specific delivery dates, not numbers of days, and that I had paid for VIP processing and shipping and it now sounded like I wasn't going to get either. She again stated the items were custom and the stated production and shipping lead times in BUSINESS days were for standard items. Don't believe the estimated delivery dates on their website, they are double whatever they say. And there is no EXPRESS delivery. I paid for VIP production and delivery and when I placed my order on Dec 4th, the estimated DELIVERY with VIP was Dec 13 - 16th. My friend's birthday was the 16th. My order shipped out on the 10th. Today is the 25th and I still haven't received my order. Tracking says I should receive it tomorrow. Quality will be my next concern...Vivian was overly nice and attempted to placate me without really offering anything other than platitudes. I won't order from them again.

The product (personalized keychain) looked better in the photos than the actual quality. The advertising can be misleading. Edit: customer service was understanding

My experience was excellent. I had an issue when typing my email address and wasn’t receiving any notifications about my order. However, Vivian helped me through just a few emails, quickly resolved the issue, and my order was already on its way with regular updates. Very fast customer service and a perfect problem-solving experience — 10/10.

The mock-up was helpful and great, but was under the impression this was a 3d product not just a picture in a piece of acrylic

Ordering process was easy. The item i wanted was not in stock and wouldn't arrive prior to Christmas. Staff were very helpful in assisting with a refund. Very happy and will order again in the near future.

To be honest at first I was disappointed. The quality of the item I ordered was not as advertised or expected. I contacted customer service and they got back to me within a 24hr window. There was a little back and forth before a resolution was made but the company took ownership and sent me a replacement item with the quality I originally expected. The turn around time took a little longer the second time but clearly they did their quality control to ensure I was indeed a happy customer. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to ensuring your customers are completely satisfied. Much appreciated

Their customer service was excellent. I made a mistake with shipping information and they were super responsive and friendly in the process of fixing it. The shirt is great too :) Can't wait to gift it to my boyfriend!
