I had a bad experience it took well over three hrs to get a exam . Will never go or recommended anyone . They gave me a trial of contac lenses and the right eye was not the right size . I caught a eye infection. I called corporate and they didn’t do anything to compensate me. I spent 300 on glasses and exam

I went to your eye lab I was treated good I was told $59 for everything it went up to $99 for some reason but the glasses not a big problem the big problem was when you say I laugh I was expecting my glasses to be made the same day if I knew I wouldn't get my glasses for two weeks I would have went to Walmart and got them in 3 days when I got called and they want to know why the review was by ask me how everything went I told him the same thing there's kind of a didn't say much and said thank you

I was a walk-in and was assured I could have an exam, with that being said, I was seen in a timely manner. Glasses came in when promised. The whole staff was kind, professional and courteous, I’d certainly go back for all my eyewear needs!

Everything was great

Lack of professionalism. Glasses were late and there were several other customers with the same issues. And doing the eye exam via satalite was not very enjoyable, there seemed to be a disconnected feeling. Won’t go back

The people there couldn't have been nicer, the only issue i had was pricing, i went because of an ad on tv, saying 59.00 for exam and two pairs of glasses ,i chose glasses that cost ten dollars more per glasses, they totalled 89.00 after much finagalling, couldn't you make pricing more clear?
