Very reasonable prices, service was great and Jennifer was awesome in the athens office.

Our visit and experience went well. The only thing I was disappointed about is the fact that we walked in and waited 3 minutes or so before anyone acknowledged that we entered the building.

The service was good but at the time of delivery. The lenses are very delayed. They tell you it takes two weeks. for delivery but. lies. they take much longer

Bought 2 pairs of glass from My Eyelab in Arlington, TX. First all the frames were not measured to fit my face so one them was bend by the manager on day of collection and now the glasses are curved and its hard to see with them. When I picked the second pair today 10-11-2018 I was handed glasses with no case. I was told that that they don't provide cases for bigger frames. So what is the customer like supposed to do? They are the ones selling the frames and I'm expected to buy my own case even after doing at least $1k business with them. I would stay away from My Eyelab located on Cooper Street in Arlington, TX if you want glasses.

Great service. Great Customer Service and rapid service.

I ordered contacts 7 weeks ago and haven't received them

Had to push to get advertised price; both pairs of glasses are as expected
