Great customer service and good quality

Great experience!

The North Miami Beach location is filled with awesome workers with great customer service. They went above and beyond to help my daughter and husband.

The customer service was out standing, But the glass frames are not good. my main pair keeps falling down on my nose. I have to push them up about every 2-3 min. I have gone back and had them adjusted, still no good, the second pair for the computer, fits like a glove. but it is hard to focus. I probably will not be using My Eyelab next year. Too bad, because the prices are great. Remember that old saying, "you get what you pay for".

Did not get contacts until I called 6 weeks later and they said it wasn’t in the system.

I had a wonderful experience at Eyelab. I got glasses for myself and my two girls. Customer service was excellent at the Lauderhill location. I would recommend Eye labs to my friends and family members. The price for all six glasses was extremely competitive.

This place is the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. They make false promises, the customer service is the worst, once they get your money you are stuck. I am still waiting for my shades to be shipped to Toronto, Canada. Every time I phone, they give me another story, It has been almost 2 months and I am still waiting for them to be shipped or posted. I want my shades. I keep calling the manager (long distance) and they give me different stories. I know it was sent to the FT Lauderdale office and they were to post it to my address in Canada 1 month ago. nobody knows what is going on there. I spent $ 754.00us. I regret every dollar.

No Dr there after waiting more than an hour. Then told Dr would be doing a remote exam but tech problems. Lied to. Wasted my Saturday. Horrible
