My mom went to get an eye exam done they charged her$45 dollars that was fine then they told her to pick out her glasses well they came back wanting to charge her $430.00 dollars she said no, we over heard another employee talking to another couple telling them what we felt were lies just to make them buy from them. We felt like that company was being dishonest, at the end my mom paid $162.00 dollars so she bought 2 pair but still was not happy with the false information will not refer anyone to them

I went to the My Lab on the recommendation in the word of a co-worker, my exam was done by a eye doctor on the tv monitor. After receiving my glasses—the prescription did not feel right. I told the co-worker about it, and she mentioned the same. I also talked to my Niece in Dallas, Texas and she said the same thing. I went back to my old glasses.

The reason for dispute is that My Eye Lab didn’t disclose how long it would take for them to make and deliver my eye glasses before I paid $540.20 for their services on December 20, 2019. While at the shop located at 1680 East-West Connector #100 Austell, GA 30106 I asked them to cancel my transaction and they refused to comply with my request. Stating that they could not do it, I then asked the same of the manager and he stated that it couldn't be done. I tried once again the very next day and came out of the shop receiving the same answers from the staff. Still to this date I haven't a refund nor have I received the two pairs of eye glasses that I paid for.

I had a very good experience at My eyelab. I have been to most of the eye centers in my area and was not able to find the frames that I need it and wanted at My eyelab they had a bigger selection with very good deals and very good customer service thank you very much

First time here. Very impressed with quality and styles of glasses. Customer service is excellent. Will be returning.

The My Eyelab on SE Miltary treated me much nicer than the one on Las Palmas. I am a short woman that’s 23 years old but the man at Las Palmas treated me like I was 12 years old just because I had a male friend with me he decided to only talk to my male friend like he was in charge of me even though my friend wasn’t getting glasses. He found that guy disrespectful. The SE Military location gave me a much better experience.

I would like to remind these people that have had a tantrum about the special.If your will read the ad correctly you will know what to expect before you go in expecting 'something for nothing'.I went in to the eye lab in Bowling Green,Ky. on 12/27/19. I was greeted by some really good people that treated me like I was the only customer they had and were very comfortable and gracious. After the exam ( at first I was amused by the closed circuit tv) but they were more caring than most of the humans I had dealt with in the past. It mattered not to them how many times I asked to repeat the flips of the lens, they just seemed how concerned how I saw through the lens. If I love the second pair I ordered as much as I love the ones I picked up yesterday (check the dates folks!) and I should receive them on Tues. I'll be happier with this experience than any eye exam and glasses I have ever had in the past! Thanks to each of you and Sherri who lead me through the last part! PS: You folks are great! I'll never listen to any different! PSS: Two pair were still cheaper that the last one pair that I had and didn't get any of the extras last time!
