Purchased a pair of Nike eyeglasses and in less then a year both silicone nose pads came loose and fell out. I went to the Snellville Georgia location hoping to get this minor issue resolved. They held my glasses for over a month with nothing being done to remedy this simple issue. They were given back to me and was told Nike refuses to supply them with any for replacement. Went on EBay and purchased them for $2.97 for a set. Don’t go there they suck!

It's not a real eye exam! You don't see a doctor you video chat with some random person that's never set foot at the location

Unbelievable! Horrible! I bought three pairs of glasses at the N. Collins location at a cost of $980. After seven months of frustration and nine trips to the store - my glasses never matched my vision. Even after not having my glasses and knowing it had been a seven month-nightmare, the manager refused to give me a refund. Not even a partial refund. I've never in all my life been abused and lied to like this. No respect for my time! No sense of obligation to get things right. No refund. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! -Robert S.

They straight up lied on the BBB complaint case. They didn’t have frames that fit my face, so I requested an allowance for new por elsewhere, they said no. Really? You lose people stuff and have no idea what happened to it? Rude/ unprofessional / awful customer service.

I got my prescription somewhere else and first had tried "eye buy direct" online and they tried 3 times and could not seem to make a pair of progressives[refunded after 3 tries] Then I went to "america's best" and they made some glasses that made me have problems reading because they were made "CHEAP" so then I tried Eye-Lab *Nailed It the First time*!! I purchased 2 pair, both perfect! although I hate your commercials, I love your service, your product, your great customer care at the store, Thank You Eye-Lab!

Don’t use this company at All. Go to the next Company. Company is Unreliable.

I walked in with my prescription for contacts and Chrysti at the Cypresswood & 249 location was very pleasant and helpful. She recommended a less expensive pair of contacts which I love and they feel comfortable. I will return for my next eye needs!!
