I ordered my glasses over a month a ago. I've been reaching out to different numbers each time I had to wait for hours before someone picked up. They keep saying my glasses is at corporate office in they will let me know when they will send them. After i paid my money, they seem to not really care if you get your glasses as long as you pay. Please do not get glasses from Eye lab they have the worst reviews and up charges. If anyone received their glasses that ordered in the beginning of March/2020 please let me know.

I’ve made multiple attempts and spoke to many people at the customer service 877 number. When I picked up my first pair of glasses they were the wrong frame and the wrong color but I figured oh well they’re cute enough I’ll deal with them but then I noticed they didn’t have anti-glare coating. My second pair is correct that I pick up 2 and half weeks later. I was told there’s nothing I can do about the first pair. Thanks Eyelab

Travis was very patient and friendly. He even assisted with style suggestions within my budget.

Kathy greeted my sister and I with a warm welcome. We did nave to wait very long thereafter to be seen. Everything went great. Will definitely return.

Very disappointed in Eyelab. Sales person told us one thing but actual order was not what he said. He also said Delivery would be 5 to 10 business days,after 3 weeks still waiting on glasses. Would never recommend Eyelab to anyone. When went to store and Check on glasses 3 weeks later manager stated glasses not and basically it was not his problem

Amazing service! I felt very comfortable with the lady and she was very understanding about everything!

Their employee, Jazz, solved a frame issue for me that I have been dealing with for 2-3 months. The fact that she solved the problem was important but more important is that, on her own, she took the initiative to do it (when others didn't). I'll go back there because of her.

They guaranteed delivery of both pair of glasses by a certain date only received one pair even after waiting another week went to see about refund as per agreement only received 15.00 dollars and they never reimbursed my insurance company
