I went in to have my eyes checked. There were 5 patient’s in the store and I saw at least 3 employees. NOT ONE Person had a mask. Only employers had gloves. I have IPF and if I get sick, I am dead. I was wearing gloves and mask. This business does care if they kill someone with this virus. I broke my glasses or I would not have been there in the first place. I turned and left the business and just sat in my car and cried. My mask was protecting them but no one was protecting me.

Dishonest. Over the phone I was told that eye exam is $49.00 but when I went there, salesman tried to sell me 2 pairs of glasses. I tolod him that I just need eye exam. He said it will be $95.00. When I was leaving, he said sorry. I do not recommend them at all.

I was so excited to find rimless glasses and an exam during covid. however, since then, I am so disappointed. This is utter BS. Customer service is a joke. As of today, 4-22-2020, I still have not received my glasses. (they sure as hell got their money) I was told last Monday, 4-13-2020, that they were shipping from the lab. I've talked to several "customer service" reps, even talked to 2 "managers" (of course, they never called me, even after numerous messages) Now today, I'm told that they don't have a phone number for the "lab" to speak to an actual person to get my glasses expedited. In the meantime, I'm suffering headaches daily from using readers. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN WALK INTO AN EYELAB!!!

Albert was very kind, and helpful picking what kind of glasses I wanted. Not only was he patient but he also didn’t hesitate to show me all the different kinds of glasses until I found one fit. This was probably the best eye doctor visit I have had in my life most of the time the associates don’t even bother helping you look they sit at a desk and rush you into buying something you don’t even like.I could see he really was interested in my choosing was very wise on telling me about my prescription. He deserves a raise! Carol the exam coordinator was as well very informative telling me step by step what was suppose to happen she did an excellent job, would definitely recommend this place.

This place was amazing. We had the virtual exam due to Covid 19. Our time in the office was amazing. The employee Darcie was incredible in helping my daughter pick out glasses and the prices were amazing. We will definitely be using this facility again.

The Pembroke Pines, Fl location was very unprofessional and did not provide customer care. After the eye exam, I was told to select my glasses which was done and paid for the services. However, once ingormed that my glasses would be ready in 7-10 business days and will be mailed to me it didn't happened. I called the store and they informed me my glasses were at the store but when I got to the store, I was informed my glasses were sent back with no prescription in my glasses. I then were told they were going to put a rush order on my glasses however 3weeks later I still dont have them and the rep at the store was so unconcerned with solving my problem. I will never refer them to anyone

I was somewhat wondering if this was the right place, for this was my first time at My Eyelab, as soon as I arrived the sales person the manager as well as my exam coordinator, made me feel like family, from the time I arrived till the time I left. Awesome customer service. Geat job!

I'm giving one star because I had to so I could write a review. I'm highly disappointed in this business! My exam date, February 2nd. Long story short, it's April 13th and only have one pair in my possession, ordered two, and I still can't see out of them. Been there 4 times just to be told to go elsewhere to get another eye exam 😡 Seriously!? Don't do it!!!
