I want my money back will dispute this charge what a joke of a company I got screwed!

The $59 deal is a ripoff and false advertising. I told the initial salesperson on the booking call that I wanted single-vision lenses for long-distance driving purposes only. When they did the eye exam they let me know that I was diagnosed with bifocals -- which I do not want or need. Therefore, they would not sell me single-vision lenses but charged me $45 for the exam. They gave me the written prescription -- which for me is a useless piece of paper now. I drove 30 minutes and spent $45 for nothing. I could have used that for groceries or a utility bill. I shouldn't be dictated to buy something I do not want or need.

Waiting 3 weeks for glasses! REALLY???

Unfortunately this doesn’t give the option for a zero absolutely rude people no customer service this place is a joke be smart and go somewhere else to save yourself the frustration

Do not go here, it is a rip off deluxe. I have been going elsewhere and getting a good deal - eye exam and two pair of single vision glasses for $69.00 and they have done well for the last few years. Eye lab says theirs is $59.00 for the eye exam and 2 pair of glasses. that is a lie - the total I got was $164.00 for the eye exam and 1 pair of glasses, yes standard single vision glasses with no bells or whistles. And they have you because you have to pay $45.00 up front for the eye exam and they take that off the cost of the glasses. which they did, but they would not sell me the glasses I asked for when I came in - their $59.00 special. So do not go there unless you want to be lied to about the cost and don't mind paying over 4 times the cost that you can get the same glasses for elsewhere. Go elsewhere like I will from now on.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I will never shop for glasses here again. Extremely poor customer service... eye exam and prescription was incorrect had to get a second eye exam afterward which I still feel the prescription is incorrect. Manager treated me extremely poorly. Spoke more about her personal life with 6 or more customers in line waiting for help. Sat for more than 2 hours in the store the second time waiting for second eye exam. Tried calling corporate office to complain about my experience and am still sitting on hold after waiting for an hour to speak with someone! Livid frustrated and annoyed with this company!!

el peor lugar que eh visitado tengo dos meses esperando mis contactos y todavía no los recibo e yegado a preguntas como sinco veses y no tengo resultados hablo ala línea de ayuda y no me contestan , ya tuve que visitar otra tienda de lentes para aserme nuevos exámenes y así octener mis contactos y ya los resivi si pudiera darle ZERO estrella se lo daría 😰
