Worst experience at my eye lab Plano Texas.I went for regular eye examination and provided insurance information. Since starting I have been asking how much I need to pay eye exam as it should be covered under my insurance . they were not providing any information .After exam done they were saying I need to pay $95 as we don’t support your insurance or you need to purchase glass with us only then only it is going to cover eye examination. It is kind of forcing to buy glasses which was really shocked. I have been asking since starting about how much I need to pay for eye examination cover with co-pay of $10. after that they took 1 hrs to figure out insurance doesn’t cover. They should check all this information before taking exam.On top of it customer services are saying it upto store manger we don’t have control on it then why these people keep customer services. Customer services are for customer. Very very frustrating service.

The sign in the window says 2 pair $59, the two I chose were $150. When it came time to pay, they told me I ow $450.

I ordered two pair glasses. One for reading and one for prescription sunglasses. The order took two weeks. I went in to pick them up and the sunglasses had the reading glass prescription, and the clear lens the sun glass prescription. They sent them back and got that fixed, at no additional cost. The first day with the new sunglasses and the screw came out and the lens fell out. Taking them back today for repair. Pretty annoying experience overall.

Had eye exam bought glasses at Irving location picked up glasses they were blurry and wavy called the location the next day told them I couldn't see out of them they said come down and they would resolve it. On the second visit, they asked if I had the exam there yes if I had ever had progressive lenses yes then she put a dot on the lens again said she would send them back to the lab. Another 2 weeks go by going there a third time to pick them up there is no difference still blurry and wavy I told the girl I still can't see out of them I would call the manager Zak none of the employees have a sense of urgency they acted like they didn't know anything about anything. Spoke with Zak explained and I was irate by this time I paid then $280.00 for glasses that I couldn't see out of it had been over a month since my first visit and I had zero confidence in My Eye Lab i want my money back! He said he would refund me $280.00 went there for the fourth time he then refunds me $180.00 i said you said on the phone $280.00 he said no he didn't we record those calls I said listen to the message we went round and round so he charged me $100.00 for an RX that is of no use to me. Wouldn't tell me who was above him finally he gave me an email address for the owner that's no good. Don't buy glasses from My Eye Lab Airport Fwy Irvine Tx I'm out $100.00 now I don't have the money to go to another place these people shouldn't be in business.

I went to Pembroke pines office and they are horrible. I cannot see out of my eyewear and they want me to pay $110 more to correct their mistake. They are a Ripp Off. I would never recommend my dog to go to My Eyelab. The Male representative is horrible and aggressive. Please go to a reputable eye doctor .

I went to My Eyelab in Pompano Beach, FL. I suffer from several anxiety and mental issues, and alerted them beforehand, and this was my first time trying contacts. The woman did not speak English well, was barking at me every time I tried to put the contacts in, stressed me out, and I paid $89.00 for nothing. When I asked for my money back, the owner made excuses. So I have to go to the State Attorney and file a consumer complaint.

I could Not do Zero star, I don't think they deserve even one star. after a month and $638.00 later I got my two pair and I could NOT see true it and they are saying in few weeks my eyes will get used to them :-))))) This company is a joke. stay far away.
