My eye exam was real bad and there frame are cheap they break easy and I paid just about 500 I will not be use this company again it was the worse experience ever

I am only giving a one star because I have to select one! All I can say is RUN FAR AWAY. Their “2 for 59.95 and free eye exam” is a SCAM! I was told “well you have to read the fine print... it’s really 59.99 EACH...PLUS extra fees (lens/supposed polycarbonate need which I declined, etc!) Then told me they don’t “bill” the insurance company, they just give discounts if you don’t do the 59.99 scam..(they waited until after the eye exam to tell me so we would have had to pay for the eye exam if we decided not to continue) I paid $200 with discounts for 3 pair basics when I could have went to America’s best and got a TRUE free eye exam and 2 pair for 69.99! (So 6 pair for about the same) I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! Total RIP OFF! Not to mention the guy kept trying to make me feel good about getting ripped off smh!

My husband and I went to My Eyelab in Forney and we're totally blown away with the service we received. I went in with the idea of doing my eye exam and then going somewhere else BUT I could not have gotten a better deal somewhere else. I got a free eye exam and the glasses and frames were covered by my insurance and the two guys working were very professional and so nice. ( Thank you Miles and Da shawn for your great service!) Worse experience - got an exam in December and received glasses in January - the prescription was off. The attendant wanted me to take the glasses home for 10 days explained that this is the second time this happens. They took them and said I would get them by the 18th of January - today is the 21st and they tell me they are delayed estimate arrival 1/30/21. Worse Plano office ever!

Associate Ayssa did a great job and was very personable. She was very professional.

I just wanna start by saying another horrible experience I tried them a few years ago and had a very negative First time customer I decided to give them a second try since they open the new location just a few blocks away from work so here I am writing this review again very negative experience I have been lied to on my delivery date for my glasses so I tried calling the store to get home it’s impossible to get customer service at a different location Palm Beach so when you speak with them they tell you you must call the store location will you make the purchase to cancel and refund any purchases OK so I looked them up find a location their phone number and I called well GuessWhat well that redirects you back to customer service in Palm Beach and here we go all over again the same story just must contact the store I explain to them that I have been trying to all morning long and I keep getting customer service in Palm Beach not the store in Hollywood Florida so now I must go in person and deal with this problem in person take away from my time again after losing two weeks and no glasses no they have my frames and they say they cannot send them back it will take several days my glasses or about to be ready and they were shipped back 3 to 4 days I told them that’s not what I’m asking you for I would like a refund and my frames returned to me I don’t want nothing from them Just wants my frames and my money and let me go elsewhere I promise I will never ever step foot and one of these locations ever again to consumers beware this is not my first this is my second negative experience

Exam was done virtually, which was not good. She did not want to listen to me; just wanted to get through the exam. I was not given the $59.99 deal; wound up paying over $200. Worst eye exam ever. I am going to have to have my eyes re-examed somewhere else.

I went to eylab because the cost of my glasses through my regular eye doctor had become rediculas. I was helped by Enrique Molina who was curtious and helpful he alos saved me some money. I havent got my glasses yet and will write another review when I get them but Enrique is a throwback to the old school the custommer is important motiiff. Kmccoy
