Always live customer service, offer excellent seminars to help clients improve their e-mail marketing, and the tools are excellent!

The customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they value the customer more than the few dollars they could potentially earn by approving various requests. This understanding of value will make me a customer for life and I already refer business to them.

Emma has been a huge improvement over our previous mailing software and has received praise from our whole community that uses her. One of the few bugbears have been, and probably the only reason for not giving it a 5 star, is the problems we have when we paste text into our templates and the formatting doesn't adhere to the format of the template. Now we understand it may be because users can copy this from a range of sources, like Word, email clients, etc and that all those come with their embedded styles, but it would be great if somehow the copied text can be reset to basic formatting, especially if the 'don't paste with styles' have been pre-selected, during the pasting process. We've used several email platforms. So far, Emma has been the most responsive with customer service. And that can be the difference between a successful campaign and one that isn't. Unfortunately, it's getting tougher and tougher to get email past the filters, as they become more intelligent. But every platform faces that challenge.

Emma is a great service. We've been using them for years and have had no issues. Appreciate our monthly calls and their hard work implementing new features.
