Love the customer service - by far one of the nicest and well-informed staff I've interacted with.

I continue to be so impressed with Emma. The program itself is intuitive and easy to use, but beyond that, the Emma staff is always so friendly and helpful. There are plenty of tutorials, blog posts, and articles available from them to learn and grow. They provide both creative ideas and customer service. I love working with them.

Occasional bugs are offset by great customer support. I'd also like to have icons for home page and blogs (as exist for social media) – but that is small stuff.

Great way to handle large mailings and contact lists. The system is not overly intuitive, but if offers a lot of functionality and their customer support staff members are always very knowledgeable and helpful when assistance is needed.

It's a great product--beautiful e-mails and easy to use. The only thing preventing me from a 5 star rating is the lock in period for 1 year. Draconian when you are a non-profit who does an annual appeal.
