He was understanding and informative and very patient because I am severely hearing-impaired. However, I am somewhat displeased with the fact that I now have to PAY extra for a domain in order to satisfy your newly-created security needs. I feel that you could have chosen the usual method of phoning a given tel no. or email address and return a simple code, as I am doing now!

Quick and thorough response by email. Unfortunately it confirmed that Emma is not available for Spanish speaking users and there are no support materials in Spanish which would help our organization more broadly use the system.

With a helpful tutorial, EMMA is easy to use and set up a template. It maintains most of the design even in lower versions of Outlook, which our system must use for security. The response time for any issues very quick and things are resolved in a timely manner. The running question/answer board also provide good insight when facing an issue.

Overall I am very pleased. My only issue is that we haven't had enough opportunities to work through the system.

Sometimes the formatting changes from the draft mode to when the email is sent. In particular, the alignment of images and the spacing in the text displays incorrectly. Love the ease of use for this product though. The drag and drop is amazing and it is very easy to import contacts.

Transitioning to Emma has been amazing for our communications. Only a star loss for not being quite as easy to jump in and figure out as I hoped, but the move has been stellar!
