I would love to see integration with Raisers Edge for fundraising / NPO. Otherwise the customer service and tools that you have put out are AMAZING!

Support team is always friendly and very helpful...not to mention patient with those of us who are new to the platform!

I like Emma but sometimes feel it's a bit restrictive. Since I am a one person office for a nonprofit that works internationally, I have very LIMITED time to do all I need to do (bookkeeping, emails, wires, etc.) so anything that's user-friendly is my friend! I would like more direction or templates, whatever aimed at non-profit use. Emma has been great to use but I find myself spending too much time trying to retrofit our nonprofit story into a marketing world. Not all emails are about 'the ask' in nonprofit.

Overall my experience with Emma has been good. I've noticed the last couple of weeks that the website has been very very slow, regardless of the device or computer I'm using to access Emma. I hope this improves.

Overall, experience with Emma is very good, but here are two areas for improvement: 1. When I drag and drop an image into my e-mail, the image doesn't show in preview or test mode (shows as a little "x"). However, it does show up in the final production e-mail. This is an undesirable test of faith! 2. Why can't draft e-mails be deleted? I have accidentally created a number of draft e-mails (usually through multiple clicking on e-mail template) and I can't find a way to clean them out of my list. Looked at help forms, but nothing. Customer service is phenomenal!

always working on new products and features.For a small company like mine, I don't have a full time marketing team and we do things in house. Emma's newer design templates have offered us an easy way to showcase our business offerings.
