I bought took the first 2 capsules and started to have a little headache but only lasted for a few minutes.I started to ask questions if this is contraindicated with people with GERD and and asking me for 5 dollars to get an answer. You should have all of this facts already instead of transferring me to a doctor.maybe a list of conditions that this products is not intended for

This film is beautifully photographed and acted. But like so many english films, it is difficult what the actors are saying much of the time; especially in this one where the characters are whispering to one another. Too bad the english are unable to solve the sound problem. I don't suppose they would stoop to including subtitles.........

Emma gets the job done, however there are some real drawbacks. Every single page loads frustratingly slowly, and this is particularly a major issue if you're trying to page through prior emails sent. Speaking of - why on earth wouldn't you list emails by the date sent, rather than how many days weeks or months previous they were sent? There are all kinds of little unintuitive navigation issues, both within the system and in design? (Why are there so many different ways to change the spacing around a text box?) That said, the sending procedure is great, and the help chat line is actually useful and informative, unlike many other companies. And it is worlds-away better than all the other free or low cost options on the market. Still, for the price one is paying, you would expect a little more speed and fewer issues.

Great customer service, platform is pretty buggy though. Looks user friendly, but it's not as friendly as it appears. Help forums are no help whatsoever in my experience, but when I speak to someone on the phone or via email they're always very helpful and kind.

Hi, Kathryn - thanks so much for taking some time to offer your thoughts and experience with us. As a one-woman communications department for a small, private foundation, I use MyEmma primarily to stay in contact with our grantee partners in 11 states around the South. While the software is pretty easy to use, my emails frequently end up in recipients' spam folders, even though we are in their contact lists. In fact, *my own* emails end up in *my own* spam folder, and I'm the one who sent them! I contacted Emma about this and they sent me the standard guidelines about subject wording, etc., but those tips have not helped. Included in the guidelines is this: "Update your organization's Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record and register e2ma.net as a sender on your behalf." I am not an IT person. We do not have an IT person on staff. I have no idea how to do this. When I asked if they could walk me through it, they said they couldn't "because every domain has a different DNS management system." I don't know what that means or where to turn for help. My emails to grantee partners are important, frequently alerting cash-strapped social justice organizations to new funding opportunities. It is *incredibly* frustrating to know my emails aren't reaching them.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us here. I'm sorry to hear that you've had some delivery troubles with us! Email delivery is a huge topic, and there are several things that can help ensure successful delivery when using an email service provider like us- updating your SPF record is often one of those things. I hate that there has been lack of clarity around that for you. Someone from our delivery team is going to be reaching out to you to offer some clarity and assistance in making sure that you're confident in moving forward, and that your marketing efforts are heading to success with us. Thanks again for the insight into your experience with us, and we'll be looking forward to being in touch soon to help clear things up!

I would like for the process to run smoother. Often times the colors and format that I use in the editor will look different when I receive the actual email. I've also had issues uploading contacts. I've called and the staff have been very helpful and friendly, but they have been unable to assist with my issue. When the product works It's GREAT. I've had more positive than negative experiences.

We definitely appreciate the feedback here, and I’m sorry to hear you’ve hit some bumps in the road. Inbox rendering can be tricky, but we do our best to make sure that the appearance looks consistent in the inbox across receiving email clients. We’d love an opportunity to dig into some recent issues you’ve run into with this so we can see if we can get to the bottom of it - especially if we weren’t able to close that loop for you on that previously. Let’s go ahead and make sure you’re all set with audience imports while we’re at it. We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve found us helpful and friendly - thanks for that bit of feedback too! Be on the lookout for an email from us so we can get some more details on the recent issues and dig back in if need be. Thanks again!
