We sincerely apologize for the disappointment We understand how upsetting it must have been to wait so long for a meaningful gift, only to feel that the final product did not resemble your wife's beloved dog as expected. We are truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations in terms of both delivery time and product quality. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will continue working to improve our craftsmanship, quality control, and overall customer experience so that we can provide better service in the future.
