Be very careful if you are subscribing I took an 6 month subscription and cancelled after 6 months.They keep charging you even after cancellation . Months deducted without my authorisation. Keep an eye on your account.

We’d like to clarify that subscription management depends on where the purchase was made, and simply deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions will continue to renew until they are canceled through your account settings. Customers who purchase through our website can manage or cancel their subscription anytime by logging into their account. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, the subscription must be canceled directly through those platforms. Easy to follow adaptable recipes Could be easier to change a menu or find alternates. Not sure what the evening snack is so I just make it one if the courses of my dinner. Would nice to know how much fruit I can eat outside my meal

It is a good program and meals are great. I think that more ways to add substitutions and extra items could be made easier.
