There are options to edit the ingredients offered for each meal. This helps me to remove the ingredients I don't have or to change an ingredient. I don't use capsicum for example, as it is a nightshade, and appears often in meals needing this for nutrition or lo-cal products. I just delete it, and log a meal.

My Diabetes is a great help, an excellent way to monitor my food for losing weight, keeping an eye on reducing sugars to manage my diabetes (forgive the pun).

Be very careful with this company before you give them card details. I got nothing but they took money anyway. Company seems to be registered in Lithuania.
