Lost 27kg over 7 months and never felt hungry. The options were good with possibility of swaps if food proposed was not in pantry. I am off insulin and 99% in range.

Asked for a refund, but ignored
I had high hopes for this because I could exclude a lot of foods I can't eat. I have ARFID and thought there would be more suitable recipes for me, but there aren't. I cancelled and asked for a refund on the same day, 9th July, but I've been ignored. AVOID

Be careful
This is a scam. I was charged for looking at the ap and this company finally credited me after seeing this. The charge happened when I tried to look at sample recipes. Be Careful of what you look at

So far so good
I am enjoying the ability to see my dietary intake, activity, water, and food diary all in one app. The recipes are helpful to keep me on track. The only thing I would like is if it had eating out options. It is not possible to meal prep on vacation.
