Avoid like the plague! I signed up on an 'offer' for 3 months but was not notified it was an on going subscription. Today £72 was taken out of my account and no refund available. Obviously I have cancelled any future payments and it's been confirmed I will not be charged anymore. Have warned my bank just in case!

The app/site is very easy to navigate thru. I have not started my plan yet, due to the stsrt date is in a few days. I love how it sets up your meal plans, keeps track of your blood sugar with cgm systems. This app is making me feel comfortable enough to seek assistance with keeping my diabetes under control & maintaining a healthy, safe lifestyle.

Avoid signing up for this app at all cost. It is a scam and I am absolutely disgusted at how they trick you into getting your bank details and then take payments without your permission. I signed up for the 7 day trial period and paid £7.50 but decided it wasn't for me and cancelled two days before the expiry date. Received a confirmation to say it had been cancelled and then two days later they debited my account of £33.00 which I hadn't signed up for. I have sent 5 emails to which all have been ignored. I have had to ring my bank to cancel any further payments to this company as quite obviously its not legitimate. Please be warned and avoid. Your response is complete rubbish. I cancelled the subscription two days before the deadline and you took it upon yourselves to conveniently change the date to the following Monday and then proceed to take a full month's payment. As for putting up your email address for help that is a joke as after sending 5 emails you never respond.

This company is a scam. As a diabetic, I paid for a one-week menu. It was crappy, full of carbs. Better information is available from the NHS for free. The company then took an unauthorised payment of £33, having "converted" me to a regular subscription, an option which I did not select. The company explained that the information about automatic conversion is provided on the checkout page and also in the payment confirmation message. That is false. The payment confirmation showed only the payment I had authorised and the period of one week. Having obtained my bank information the company raided my account for an amount I did not authorise and a service I did not ask for. I raised a dispute with my bank, who have repaid the unauthorised payment pending resolution of the problem. I also found a mysterious pending "renewal" payment the day after, from a company I have had no dealings with. The bank also blocked that payment. Beware of this company. They are scam artists.

I never knew managing diabetes could be this easy. MyDiabetes helps me plan my meals with the right calories. It also helps me reach my weight goal. It is simple and really helpful for my daily routine.

I have had the most awful encounter with this company My mum died in Christmas Day and I’m disabled with fibromyalgia amongst other things and I forgot to cancel it - my fault but hey I’ve had a hard year so far , they charge me 33 pound for one month but there’s an offer for less than that for the year I asked them to please refund me as I don’t want to pay that sort of money , explained my situation but they make no allowances , Shameful
