The MyDiabetes app helps me plan my meals better. I can track what I eat and see how many calories I take in each day. The diet suggestions are easy to follow and I have lost 10 pounds so far.

I was looking for good meal plans for balanced diet. The menu selections are imaginative but more complicated than I will ever use. You need to have simple menus as an option. Don't buy the Weight Loss Fuel. It is basicly the same Metamucil. Metamucil costs about $.18 a spoonful. Weight Loss Fuel is about $1.45 a packet, the same quantity.

They are clear and user friendly

Please keep an eye on your subscription. I did what i thought was a one off 3 month but they just took another $100 and wont refund. I never used the app as it wasnt food for me and i couldnt change it. Would NEVER subscribe again.

The web site is very informative but it has taken me some time to feel comfortable with it. However I would find it more useful if there was capacity to log morning and afternoon snacks, that way I won't have to log any morning snacks with lunch and I will be able to keep track of what and how often I eat. Thank you.

DECEPTIVE COMPANY THAT USES SMALL PRINT TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT! I signed up for a free trial but quickly decided it wasn’t for me so I cancelled. but 3 months later they removed £54 from my account!!? PLEASE AVOID!!!!
