MyDiabetes ne peut en aucun cas effectuer un prélèvement simplement parce que l’application a été téléchargée ou qu’un compte a été créé. Pour qu’un prélèvement puisse être effectué, il est nécessaire de fournir des informations de paiement, de finaliser la commande et de souscrire à un abonnement ou à un service payant. Si vous ne vous souvenez pas avoir effectué un achat, nous aimerions examiner cette transaction spécifique et déterminer si elle est liée à un compte MyDiabetes. I am waiting for a 2nd reply from MyDiabetis. The 1st was far from satisfactory so I’m hoping my next reply will be more favourable. I did exactly as MyDiabetis suggested and emailed to the info@I reserve my right to finish here and wait for their response concerning my being refunded my initial payment of which I’m entitle to taking into consideration of the 14 day cancellation rule and their not explaining that to get full use of the site add ons would be needed which would cost.
