Hi Andrew, Thanks for responding to our survey. Our goal is to provide both a convenient and high quality clean. I have carefully reviewed your account. It appears that you have two requested cleaners, but neither are free for your scheduled appointments, and that your appointment time is not flexible. As such, our notes indicate that we will send one of your requested cleaners, "if available" (which they rarely are, since they have other subscriptions that conflict). If there are some other days and times that work, please let me know and we can check their availability. In the alternative, if you were happy with your last clean, we can make sure we send her from now on. Please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you and getting you the 5 star experience you deserve. Mike

Hi Diana, Thanks for your thoughtful feedback. You and I had emailed in the past about your cleaner. If she is still not working without supervision, I would be happy to reassign your account. Please let me know if you would like me to take this step. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal, and we want to give you a 5 star experience. Please respond here or email me at [email protected] to discuss how we can get there!
