Easy to set up and flexible timing; have the option to retain the same cleaner every time. It's a little pricey but the company is extremely helpful and easy to work with if you need anything or have any issues.
Yasser
Its one of the best clean companies

Alexander
Excellent service all around. I like that the same cleaner comes every time; she is very reliable, punctual, and thorough in her cleaning but works quickly. The apartment is spotless when she leaves. Also, the office staff are very responsive; it's easy to reschedule appointments and they quickly reply to emails. That said, it's not inexpensive, but I like that it's a flat rate instead of the hourly scheme that other companies have. Overall, I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

The company is wonderful. They are receptive and efficient in their customer service. Sometimes the cleaner works harder than at other times, but once you set up your preferences, they do better. I recommend.

My cleaner Michelle is excellent. Dealing with Corporate isn't as smooth always but it's ok.
Response from MyClean Cleaning ServicesMay 31, 2017
Thanks for responding to our survey. I see that your dealings with "corporate" were not ideal. I know that Michelle changed her availability and we had to find a new day and time for your cleans. In reviewing our correspondence, that seemed to happen smoothly. Please know that I am here to handle any concerns you have now or in the future. I want to get you the 5 star experience you deserve. Please tell me how we can get there.

The administration is great. Cleaners are variable. It took a few tries, but on my third clean I had a conscientious Cleaner who did a great job, and I've stuck with her since.

The cleaners that I have had are trustworthy and in general do a good job cleaning. The customer service is excellent. The only issue that I have, is that you have to be on top, telling them to clean all those hidden spaces: underneath/top of shelves...
