I have been a client of MyCase for several months now and I am very pleased with this product - from the software itself, to the fantastic customer service. The software is exactly what I needed to help me organize and manage my solo practice. And the customer service is AWESOME. They respond within one day - and usually within the hour. The reps know the product and have been able to assist me quickly and correctly. And they deal with their clients on a one-to-one basis. I love MyCase!

I like MyCase, customer service is responsive, billing is painless. My only real complaint is that reporting won't show all revenue. It only shows a total for hourly billing (flat rate fees aren't included)

Best Case management system in the Cloud

I have been delighted with My Case. I appreciate the billing functions especially. I have not taken the time to implement all of the benefits of My Case although I'm confident they would benefit my practice greatly. But over all have nothing but good experiences with the program.

I've been using MyCase for about a year now and it offers all of the functionality I was looking for in a case management system. On the few occasions I've run into minor technical nuisances, they've been very helpful in working it out on their end and continue to improve the product.

I absolutely LOVE MyCase for my small firm. I have been using it for almost 3 years now and I have both my legal intern and my assistant using the billing and tasks to manage cases. I also use the recurring credit card payments and PayPros for my credit card processing. The only thing I wish MyCase would change is that all of the staff can see the amounts of money coming into the firm for the year, month, week, etc.... I wish there was an option to allow only the primary see those types of numbers or allow you to limit who sees the money coming in and out. Other than that I recommend MyCase to all of my friends who have a small or solo practice. Most reasonable and efficient billing and case managing system out there!!!

Love the user interface. Notes, contacts, case-links, and tasks appear solid. Just started to explore time/billing and invoicing, documents, and workflow tools. Customer support is excellent also.

We were using Intuit products that had different information across different platforms. MyCase makes it easy to see all the information in one place. Our incoming phone calls from clients have decreased as they can easily track what is being done for their case, also lessening the need to make "update phone calls". This allows the firm to concentrate on the areas that are most needed.
