Love it. Essential to my practice, I couldn't be as productive and effective without it. I've worked with some really good legal software, including TimeMatters, Abacus, PC Law, and Clio, but am most impressed with MyCase. While I can see room for improvement (the ability to tag records, better reporting), I woyld recommend to any small, sole practitioner.
