MyCase is very easy to learn and use. The support people are very responsive to questions. MyCase handles most items of my practice easily though there are a couple of changes I would like to see.in terms of associating clients with matters and companies. I would highly recommend MyCase to anyone.

After using several other legal case management software systems, and being frustrated that there were things it wouldn't or couldn't do for my practice, I discovered My Case. While I still have a lot to learn (wish there were more online webinars) I am overall very happy with the software and would recommend it to colleagues looking for a good case management tool.

As a paralegal, it is important to have a functional and practical software program. My case has made my job much easier, which allows me to get more work done. My boss made a great decision when he signed up for my case!

I appreciate the full menu of services provided, especially the secure communications platform.

My case is a great program, easy to maneuver around and access different portions of the software. Batch loading of documents is a big plus. Still bugs that need to be worked out and have told the design team have been working on them. No results as of yet.

I love the cost. I love the ease. I love the ability to access it anywhere at anytime for both the calendaring that the billing. Now that they have added the ability to accept credit cards and checks through the system, we are getting paid, much faster and easier. My only complaints is that there is no ability to use abbreviations to convert often used phrases into the full terms and there is no ability to do recurring events.
