MyCase has been great service for me ever since I started practicing as a solo lawyer. It makes it easy for me to keep track of my cases, bill my time, and interact with my clients. My clients love it because they can pay me easily with a check or any credit card. It cuts down on the need to meet with clients face to face. I can manage my cases from anywhere, even on my iPhone. The support is very responsive and has helped me multiple times with questions. The monthly fee is well worth the value I get. I recommend it to any attorney if you need an easy to use case management system.

This product has helped to stream line file handling processes greatly and has allowed for productivity to be better monitored.

This software is very good, but needs a mobile app!

We had a list of questions we needed addressed when we first started using MyCase, so we set up an appointment to have our staff sit in on a meeting remotely with Drew, a MyCase staff member. Drew was able to thoroughly explain his answers to our questions and was honest when something wasn't necessarily fixable yet, but in the works. I felt assured in the end that any concerns we had would be presented to the MyCase team and eventually taken care of if a solution wasn't ready quite yet.

I would like the documents in the program to be subject to editing. It is a several step process to edit something that was sent to us on a contract. We have to download to computer, then convert a PDF to Word, then amend. Would be much easier to have ability to amend right on MY Case.

I'm very satisfied with MyCase. It is easy to use and my clients love that they can get their information so quickly and easily. It makes communications between my office and my clients simple and almost in real time. The invoices are understandable and clear. I would recommend this program to anyone.

I have been using MyCase Management system for almost 18 months and it is clearly the best decision I have ever made. Case management, billing and email all tied to individual cases. Can't beat it. I am more organized then ever before with less paper. Fantastic program. 5 stars. Great support and easy to learn your way around the program.

Bottom line: Great program that's worth the price! It's short on some features, but they continually improve it so it will only get better with time. I recommend it over everything else I have found. The Good: Great layout and it has the core tool any attorney needs. Easy to navigate, keeps track of client money, and nicely organizes calendars, documents, and messages. Customer service is fantastic! Someone is always immediately available, very nice, and they have a lot of patience when helping me with problems. The calendar syncs nicely with my google calendars (a non-negotiable requirement in my book). The Bad: Still missing some features such as being able to import a conflict list for attorneys joining the firm. Most of all, the mobile app is extremely basic and unreliable. I have better success using the normal web page on my mobile phone, which still has problems, but is better than the app. On occasion, I have clients tell me they were unable to send me a message in MyCase, although I haven't confirmed if this was through a web browser on a laptop, on a mobile phone, or the mobile app.
