Responsiveness to messaging is great. I have confidence that my medical specifics are being given appropriate attention. Prescription was sent and arrived swiftly. I feel taken care of in a way other medical personnel have not done. My quality of life has improved dramatically because of finally being on HRT: my main menopause symptom has been insomnia…increasing in severity each year post menopause, despite trying many, many things. I feel like my old self because of sleeping better - energy, mood, focus are all improved. Mainstream medical industry should not be dooming post menopausal women to a compromised life!

I knew what I needed - you get to a certain age and just, know. No gaslighting or trying to talk me into or out of what I requested. No standing in line at the pharmacy while everyone else in line coughs. No haggling with my insurance over what they will and won't cover. Been there done that!

11 days after paying my $35 and no one will respond to my text questions or emails. I keep getting the same generic "wait 24-48 hours" reply. and NO WAY to talk to a live human. This is truly a scam

Quick prescription approval and delivery of products. I am using the progesterone and estrodial pills. After a week of use, my hot flashes were gone. I’m also using the M4 cream. Haven’t really noticed the change I was hoping for. I will continue and see what happens in another month.
