Was easy to fill out and had several plans of action to choose from.

They auto-renewed a prescription with no warning. Then I go to the site where it says "processing" and there's no way to stop it. Then a day later (on a weekend) it says it's shipped to me. I didn't want this prescription. Now I can't reach anyone because there's no phone number. I've texted. I've emailed. No response. And they also don't work on weekends so you're just stuck with the auto-renew with no leeway time to stop it.
