I recently placed my order with Alloy for HRT. They charged my credit $129.00 for 2 different types of estrogen even though I only needed one. I tried reaching out to them multiple times. They don't have a customer service number. I emailed/texted them several times before my order was shipped out. They just responded and basically said sorry your order already shipped, but for your next order we'll get it right. Unacceptable. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Alloy is a scam. Alloy just shipped me $227 worth of a product without my knowledge or permission and set it up as a subscription without my knowledge or permission. I never ordered anything from Alloy, agreed or approved to any product or plan, and never wanted a subscription to any product they have. I did nothing but get their messaged recommendatinon four months ago. Haven't been in the account since. They just set up a subscription and charged my card and I only found out about it when the package showed up on my doorstep. It is a lie that plant based menopause products require a prescription. They lure people in thinking they actually offer real medication, when it is nothing but outrageously priced non prescriptions, that they can't even tell people everything that is in the products. Their site doesn't allow credit cards to be removed, accounts to be closed, etc. And they have no contact method but emails and texts. They also used some company named Sprite to take money from my credit card account. I never agreed to let Alloy give my information to anyone and Alloy's site doesn't mention anything about it. They put a phone number on the credit card withdrawel that is an automated message stating "they don't take live calls and any message left will not be returned." 888-660-1816 is the number it states to call for alloy on the charge.

I can’t recommend Alloy enough! I turned 46 last year and started to experience some very scary and uncomfortable symptoms. I visited my GP twice in tears because my life was turned upside down and I had no idea what was happening to me. I was brushed away and told it was nothing and offered an antidepressant. I decided to try and get some answers from my Gynecologist and that appointment went the same way just adding to my confusion. I heard about Alloy through research of my own and within days of contacting them Dr. Menn had a plan in place and assured me my symptoms were perimenopause related. I am feeling better than ever and I owe it to Alloy and Dr. Menn. She was so very responsive to all of my questions and tweaked a few things when needed to make sure I was feeling my best. Thank you Alloy!

I received my prescriptions and the Estradiol creme has helped solve vaginal dryness but has done nothing so far for libido or lack of, should I say. Please be aware that I'm not interested in the O-mazing until I can get some desire back. Perhaps I need to express this to my doctor. ***I accidently paid for the second round of prescriptions so please do not charge me for November. I already have the meds.*** I was rather confused at the beginning and still today as to how to reach my doctor. I'll look into it again. I recently read that other prescriptions can cause libido to be low. I do take antidepressant and high blood pressure meds. I also have hypothyroidism and take meds for that. I am including this information in case someone else can relate to my issues. Marsha Pierce
