This is year 2 for me being a part of the Alloy experience. The medications have completely changed my life. I feel better than I did 10 yrs ago and I’d recommend Alloy to all healthy women looking for help with their menopause issues.

I was not informed that renewal of my order was coming due nor was I informed that there is a price increase. When I followed the directions to “Manage Subscription” to cancel my subscription, the “Manage Subscription” button appeared for a brief moment on the page then was overridden by the company banner at the bottom, hiding and not allowing to select the button to take me to the page to manage the subscription. I sent a text message as directed, I also sent and email as directed and I notified my credit card company that the charge that was “In Process” is not an approved charge. Still no word from anyone at Alloy ***UPDATE** Attempt to charge my credit card was declined by my card issuer. It was at that point that I received both an email and text message response to my request. They cancelled the order and apologized for the inconvenience. I have verified that the “Manage Subscription” option is now available ABOVE the companies banner and is accessible for subscribers to manage their subscription.

The pump on the product is cheap and doesn’t work. I am still trying to reach support to get a refund. For the price this is unacceptable. And the lack of customer service makes it even worse. Buy elsewhere. UPDATE: I keep receiving messages - endlessly - that say: new product has been sent and that a refund can’t be issued. Another support person told me a refund was issued. This company is a mess. Do not use!!
