Not impressed. Absolutely minimal communication with doctor and that was filled with many very confusing typos and statements that I should not be corresponding with her about product info--although customer service kept communicating with me via the doctor portal. The MD never reached out to follow up. Customer service did not know the manufacturers of the estradiol patches, nor the progesterone pills. Specifically asked for ingredients in progesterone pills and that took several days to get info. I placed my order based on that information. When received the progesterone Rx, the informational insert was from a different manufacturer than the Rx I received--which had dye in it. It took 10 days of back and forth with customer service to rectify the situation. They were very pleasant, just not informed or prepared to answer basic questions.

So it goes like this. You pay $40 with the promise if a consult and prescription hrt if indicated. Next you receive a lot of canned text medical advice, rearranged to suit your situation. After some chat, a "plan" is given. All this was fine. However, the next day it all seemed to happen again, only they told me my "plan" was exactly what I was already doing. After more chat I was linked to a pharmacy checkout for the medication I already take, even after I explained this. I don't believe real people were even there. When I said I needed a prescription, because I have insurance, they declined to write one and actually tried to gaslight, saying that their medications are often cheaper than what insurance covers. Heck, I have a $10 copay. They rang me up for over $200. I will try to cancel the charge of $40. With my bank. This is an unfortunate rip-off.
