After I became a client/patient
Before I became a client/patient, they responded immediately. After my purchase, when I had a problem, they took 2-3 days to respond and never came up with a solution, never offered me a refund for product that I was allergic to, which they sold a "natural" ingredient in a dye wrapped pill. I was highly allergic and caused my Lichen Sclerosis to swell, become, extreme itch, bleeding from scratching. No one has since called me or contacted me regarding my health or purchase. I am out over $300 + AND, my local doctor told me they prescribed the wrong Estrogen for LS and Estradiol is very bad for Autoimmune, which caused more of a problem. They don't know you as a patient, and they don't know what they are doing. Go local and if you are looking for a compounding pharmacy, search in your state.

We are very sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had, and we would like to offer some clarity around your care.
Before your prescription was sent to the pharmacy, your intake form was thoroughly reviewed by a licensed clinician, including your medical history and allergies. The pharmacy also cross-checked your listed allergies with the ingredients in the prescribed products as part of their fulfillment process. Additionally, detailed product information is available to patients upfront, and you were given the opportunity to ask questions prior to beginning treatment.
We understand that each individual’s response to medication can vary, and while we take every precaution to avoid adverse reactions, it’s always possible for a patient to experience unexpected sensitivity — even to commonly used ingredients. In your case, there is no medical evidence that estradiol is inherently harmful for Lichen Sclerosis or autoimmune conditions. In fact, vaginal estradiol is commonly prescribed to relieve symptoms associated with LS and is considered the standard of care. That said, we recognize that treatment must always be tailored to the individual, and your comfort and safety are our top priorities.
We’re deeply sorry to hear that you felt our response time was inadequate. While we strive to respond to all patient concerns as quickly as possible, there are times when high volume may lead to longer response times than we’d like and we also need to consider non-business hours into the response time.
We sincerely appreciate your feedback and wish you improved health and comfort moving forward.

Love the concept. .
My doctor has been wonderful, and I love the concept of Alloy. The main issue I've had using Alloy on two separate occasions is if a product doesn't work for you, you are stuck paying for 3 months worth of prescriptions. This gets pricey. I would also love to see a sublingual form of BHRT offered.

Thank you for your feedback! We understand that the 3 month supply may be a good fit for most but not all cases. Otherwise we are happy to hear you've enjoyed the rest of your time with the service.

So Helpful
The doctor got back to me quickly and gave me a detailed explanation of how my prescription could help me and how often to take it. It was obvious she had also looked thoroughly at my intake form. I am so glad I found Alloy, I didn't know there were treatments that could really help menopausal women.

Estriol is fine. Trentinoin is weak
It’s been working out fine as far as the estriol. The only issue I have is that the trentinoin is .089% which is not strong enough. As I explained, I have been using trentinoin since 1986. My last prescription from Agency was .14%. The trentinoin I received is not strong enough. Thank you
