I purchased two items. Oral hair treatment and estrogen face cream. The process of obtaining the medications was smooth and quick , however they completely failed to warn customers during the ordering process that topical estrogen cream can worsen dark spotting on the face. Clearly because many women ordering this for beauty purposes would never buy it if they knew it would cause dark spots and blotchy patches on their skin. When I reached out to return the product and get a refund due to their failure to disclose this major side effect they told me no and canceled my account . So they literally don't give refunds . Thankfully I have both return and buyer protection on my chase reserve card .

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We recommend performing a patch test for a few days by applying a small amount to one area of your face and neck and of course, discontinue with irritation of course. If you have a history of dark spots, we do recommend starting with a small amount in increasing slowly. That said, our clinical trial indicated that a reaction of dark spots was highly unlikely. We hope this helps with some of your concern concerns!
