I was able to get prescriptions filled quickly for the hormones I wanted to take for relief from my symptoms. I like the availability of 24/7 messaging but the answers definitely sound canned, like they’ve been written for use with every customer. I would not say it feels like a personal conversation. I generally get responses to my messages pretty quickly though. I’ve been using Alloy for about a month now and my symptoms are significantly decreased. I’m hopeful that they will continue to decrease with a little more time. Ultimately I’m getting what I joined for, so overall I’m pretty satisfied
